Annabel was on the road to the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics Games as a skier with Australia. Since she could walk, Annabel remembers being on skis. Always a passion of hers, it was in her teenage years where she became very interested in competitive terrain park skiing.
Ready to chase gold with her Olympic uniform laid out on her bed, she boarded the plane. To her dismay, during a training run she suffered a tragic knee injury forcing her to fly home and change her life plans of being an Olympian.
